Rather than having to submit information online and requesting a quote to receive in my email (typical with many town car companies), I was able to instantly book transportation from Orlando’s Airport (MCO) to our Disney resort. Right at that time of booking, I was able to select my vehicle and pay online, all within just a few minutes. I didn’t even have to create an account, and used the option of a guest checkout. Once I submitted my info and checked out, I was prompted with a confirmation number, and also received two following confirmation emails: One for transportation FROM the airport to our Disney Resort, and one for transportation back TO the airport from the resort at the end of our vacation.
Communication with FSE Luxury Transportation
The day before to our flight to Orlando, we received a text from FSE confirming our transportation, and a request to let them know if anything changed with our plans. The day of our flight to Orlando, we received a text with the name and phone number of our chauffeur, Ana. (This process was all the same for our flight back home).
The morning of our flight to Orlando, I received a text directly from our Chauffeur from FSE Luxury Transportation, Ana. She informed me exactly where to expect her upon our arrival, “I will be meeting you in the baggage claim area down by the escalator once your flight arrives.” (BTW, this is exactly where she was. We saw her smiling and waiting, holding a sign with our family’s name, about halfway down the escalator to the baggage claim). I’ll tell you what, if you’re a little anxious about this transportation process, the communication and clear expectations do wonders for that!
Ana wished me a safe flight. When I was anxious that our plane might be delayed (I texted her unnecessarily with an update), she informed me, “I am tracking your flight so do not worry, I will be there upon your arrival!” PHEW. Sigh of relief.
Upon landing, I received a text from Ana. “Welcome to Orlando!” I replied that we were on our way to baggage claim, and she said she was down by the escalator. Perfect. And there she was. Smiles and all!
Returning to the Airport With FSE Luxury Transportation!
As I said previously, the process of communication prior to our departure from Orlando was almost identical. We received the texts leading up to our departure, with our driver’s name (shout out to Rick!), and confirming the time of our pickup from our resort going to the airport. Rick was extremely punctual, and we had another short (thirty-ish minute) trip to the airport, with a comfortable amount of time to check our bags, make it through security, and get settled before our flight.

After having such an excellent experience with FSE Luxury Transportation, it’s hard to imagine getting transportation to/from the airport with any other company. Also… knowing how reasonable they are, there’s no way I’m ever taking a bus. I have a girlfriend who is a Disney Travel Agent, and tells me all the time about the stories of people traveling forever (or being forgotten completely!) when taking the bus.
FSE Luxury Transportation seriously won’t cost you much more than that! (Also, depending on the size of your party… it may actually cost you less. Seriously). AND they stop at the grocery store! Have car seats! Amazing communication!
